(GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc., consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to serve clients. LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Metro Park, NJ.
The client for this project is for a BIM Manager is NYS Office of General Services (OGS).
The BIM Manager will develop and implement a comprehensive BIM program for OGS’s Design and Construction Group. Design and Construction executes billions of dollars of work for New York State agencies each year through both in-house operations and consultant contract administration. This work includes design, construction management, procurement, scheduling, estimating, and capital planning support for vertical and horizontal construction and extensive renovation projects throughout the state. OGS is seeking a thoughtful, seasoned professional to audit fledgling standards and workflows, expedite their development, and distill them into training, reference, and contractual documents. The incumbent will be a quick learner with the ability to digest complex relationships and regulations quickly and to creatively integrate them into unique protocols.
Minimum Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction-related field and five to seven years of relevant experience, including two years of leadership experience.
Compensation: Minimum: $90,000/yr. Max: $110,000/yr.
The compensation range provided is the salary that the Firm in good faith believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position.
