Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial construction estimating experience.
• GMP / Lump sum experience preferred.
• Ability to manage estimating personnel effectively.

Responsibilities

• Review quantity take-offs, estimates, and studies for assigned projects.
• Manage the Estimating Engineers and Assistant Estimating Engineers.
• Ensure adherence to safety, QA/QC, ethics and compliance.
