Job summary

Blueridgesearch is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to direct the preconstruction and estimating teams, including the preconstruction manager, estimator, and design-build manager, ensuring timely and quality outcomes. You will mentor staff, coordinate with executives, and ensure outstanding client-focused delivery across projects.

The role requires leading bid preparations, interfacing with clients, and aligning design decisions with cost and schedule constraints.

Qualifications

• Experience leading preconstruction and estimating teams.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Ability to drive process improvements across preconstruction activities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and implement company processes at the work acquisition level.
• Lead internal estimate reviews and bid process teams.
• Present deliverables to clients per guidelines.
• Attend and represent the company in design and coordination meetings.
• Prepare preconstruction schedules with input from internal departments.
• Provide technical support and assist in project sales processes.
