• Reviews self-perform labor, material and equipment using historic data and pricing.
• Leverages supplier relationships to win profitable Self Perform work.
• Leads SOPs in a team with operations and site staff.
• Sells Self Perform and its advantages to the project.
• Works with stakeholders to manage preconstruction for negotiated projects.
