Job summary

LeoForce in Wisconsin is hiring a Senior Estimator to join a long-established General Contractor. You will perform takeoffs, prepare bids, and conduct conceptual estimating to shape the skyline of tomorrow.

The role offers a base salary of $90k-$120k, a performance bonus, Anthem Blue Cross benefits, a 401(k) match, PTO, telecommuting options, and strong career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Estimator in the Construction industry.
• Experience with takeoffs, estimates, quantity take off, bids, and conceptual estimating.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Professional certification in estimating or a related field is a plus.
