Qualifications

• 10+ years of Estimating/Preconstruction experience.
• Ability to estimate $50Mil construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency with estimating software, take-off software (On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam), and MS Office suite.
• Ability to manage multiple estimates and bids simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and build strong relationships with Project Managers, Architects and Engineers.
• Lead and Mentor a team of Estimators.
• Lead pre-bid job walks.
