Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Estimator with extensive preconstruction and estimating experience. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience estimating complex projects valued $20M+ and will bring both technical expertise and leadership to the preconstruction team. This role provides significant visibility, responsibility, and career advancement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the preparation of detailed cost estimates on large, complex projects
• Review project documents, identify risks, and develop strategies for accurate cost forecasting
• Oversee subcontractor/vendor outreach, bid evaluations, and scope reviews
• Guide and mentor junior estimators, providing leadership and technical expertise
• Collaborate closely with project management, field operations, owners, and design teams
• Develop and present proposals and budgets to executive leadership and clients
• Monitor market conditions, material pricing, and labor availability to inform estimates

Qualifications

• Base salary: $115,000 – $155,000 (commensurate with experience)
