Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as an estimator in construction.
- Experience with takeoffs, estimates, quantity take-offs, bid preparation, and conceptual estimating.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficiency with estimating software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical abilities.
- Detail-oriented with ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Secure work with current and new clients.
- Contribute to early project preconstruction activities.
- Prepare accurate estimates and bids aligned with project scopes.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize bid strategy.
