Lee Company is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to lead the preconstruction phase, performing constructability reviews, quantity take-offs, pricing with manufacturers and subcontractors, and proposal generation. You will help transition opportunities to executed projects and maintain client relationships for repeat business.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and estimating software.
