TEXBUILT is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to lead our CX‑team driven approach from early planning through design development and preconstruction. You’ll build client and architect relationships, guide constructability and risk, and prepare detailed bids with trade partners to ensure seamless transitions to project execution.

You will apply LEED and sustainability expertise, oversee permits, and mentor staff while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality goals across multiple Texas‑focused

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant construction experience.
• Ability to define expectations, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Expertise in LEED and sustainability, building codes and entitlements, due diligence, and tenant coordination.
• Proficiency in reading soils reports and other technical project data.
• Working knowledge of building systems, site work, and construction cost components.
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, On-Screen Takeoff, Viewpoint, and EarthWorks.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
