Qualifications

• Experience with preconstruction processes and bidding support.

Responsibilities

• Quantity surveying and other basic tasks to assist in producing project estimates and support the preconstruction team.
• Check Plans and Specifications to ensure all documents are correct and received.
• Maintains preferred vendor and subcontractor bid list and ensures accuracy of contacts listed.
• Communicate persistently with subcontractors during bidding process to gauge bidding interest and review project scope and pricing.
