Job summary

Renewyx is seeking a Cold Storage Preconstruction Manager to own precon from budget through GMP on cold-storage and industrial projects across a national platform. You will build the numbers, nurture client relationships, and deliver a clear, buildable plan to the field team.

Open in Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, Sacramento, Houston, New Jersey, Miami, Orlando, or Columbus, you can select your base and help shape the precon process as the division scales. Interviews are moving quickly.

Qualifications

• Precon or senior estimating leadership in commercial/industrial construction.
• Strong conceptual and design-phase estimating and budgeting instincts.
• Comfort owning the client relationship through precon.
• Familiarity with estimating and takeoff software.

Renewyx are supporting a national general contractor find a Precon Manager who can help scale its Cold-Storage construction division.

This is a build-out, not a maintenance role. The pipeline is growing, the division is hiring across the country, and you get to pick where you plant your flag as the role is open in Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, Sacramento, Houston, New Jersey, Miami, Orlando, or Columbus

The role:

Own precon from first budget to final GMP on cold storage and industrial projects. Build the numbers, build the client relationship, and hand a clean, buildable plan to the field team.
