Job summary

Verrus is seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to lead budgeting, estimating and pre-construction activities for complex electrical projects in North Texas. You will collaborate with clients, design teams and project leadership to shape execution strategies across mission critical, industrial, healthcare and commercial sectors.

The role emphasizes design reviews, cost-saving opportunities, and proactive pursuit of new business while leveraging BIM and estimating software to deliver

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electrical estimating, pre-construction or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting large-scale commercial, industrial, healthcare, manufacturing or mission critical construction projects.
• Strong budgeting, conceptual estimating and cost planning skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with BIM or construction coordination tools is advantageous.

This position offers the opportunity to support the planning and delivery of complex electrical construction projects across a variety of sectors, including mission critical, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare and commercial environments. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, design teams and project leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
