Descrição da oferta de emprego

We are seeking an experienced Director of Preconstruction to lead and expand the preconstruction function within a growing Mission Critical division in Dallas, Texas. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a strategic, commercially minded construction professional with a strong background in preconstruction, estimating, and the delivery of complex data center and mission-critical projects.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in building out the preconstruction division, developing a high-performing team, and establishing the strategies, processes, and resources required to support continued growth across the mission-critical market.

Working closely with executive leadership, operations, business development, and key project stakeholders, the Director of Preconstruction will drive preconstruction excellence from early-stage planning and design through to budgeting, estimating, procurement strategy, and project execution readiness.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a growing function, influence business strategy, and help shape the future of a mission-critical construction business in the Dallas market.

Who Are We?

We are a well-established general contractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex construction projects across a range of sectors. You understand the complexities of mission-critical construction, particularly data center projects, and can navigate the challenges associated with fast-track schedules, evolving designs, complex MEP systems, and significant project budgets.

You are comfortable operating at both a strategic and technical level, taking ownership of preconstruction operations while developing talent, improving performance, and supporting the wider business development strategy.

You are a natural leader who can attract and retain talent, establish accountability, mentor future leaders, and build a collaborative culture focused on delivering exceptional results.
