Job summary

Foundry in Tampa is seeking an experienced Preconstruction Manager to lead the front end of major ground-up multifamily projects. You will own the process from conceptual stage, advising clients and developing a preconstruction strategy to give the construction team the best possible start.

The role requires extensive preconstruction or estimating experience with a general contractor, ability to produce complete estimates across divisions, and strong knowledge of multifamily systems and cost

Up to $190,000 base salary + bonus and full benefits

A growing general contractor is looking for an experienced Preconstruction Manager to join its Tampa operation and lead the front end of major ground-up multifamily projects.

This isn’t a role where you’ll simply price drawings and pass them across to operations. You’ll take ownership from the earliest conceptual stage—helping shape the project, advising clients and developing a preconstruction strategy that gives the construction team the best possible start.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading preconstruction for ground-up multifamily projects
