Job summary

Metric Geo's client in Tampa seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up commercial and multifamily construction from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors while partnering with superintendents to deliver high-profile projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor
• Ground-up commercial construction experience required
• Multifamily experience preferred
• Experience managing $50M–$100M+ projects

I'm currently supporting a nationally recognized builder and developer in the search for Project Managers to join their growing Tampa team.

This is an opportunity to manage large-scale ground-up commercial and multifamily projects while joining a company with a strong backlog and long-term growth throughout the Southeast.

• Commercial Construction
• Mixed-Use Developments
• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination
• Partner with Superintendents to ensure successful project execution
• Maintain client relationships and drive project success
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor
• Ground-up commercial construction experience required
• Multifamily experience preferred
• Experience managing $50M–$100M+ projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Stable career history with proven career progression
• General Contractor experience required (Owner's Rep experience will not be considered)
