Allegiance Group in Tampa, FL seeks a Senior Estimator to join its growing pre-construction team. The role focuses on multifamily projects valued from $10M to $100M, bringing market knowledge, takeoff accuracy, and cost estimating discipline.

Qualifications

• Multifamily estimating experience required.
• Experience with takeoffs, budgets, bids and cost estimates.
• Experience pricing with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of the local Tampa construction market and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support estimating efforts for multifamily projects from $10M to $100M.
• Develop accurate takeoffs, budgets, and bids to win work.
• Prepare and manage subcontractor and supplier pricing.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and grow the preconstruction function toward leadership.

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-owned construction company with over 50 years of experience and a strong pipeline of multifamily projects.

Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint a Senior Estimator to support projects ranging from $10M to $100M. This is an opportunity to join a growing pre-construction team and work closely with senior leadership.

The successful candidate will have strong multifamily estimating experience and ideally come from a larger general contractor, bringing valuable market knowledge, processes, and industry relationships.

We're looking for someone with:

• Multifamily experience
• Experience estimating projects of $10M+
• Strong knowledge of takeoffs, budgets, bids, and cost estimates
• Experience with subcontractor and supplier pricing
• Good understanding of the local construction market
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ambition to progress into a leadership position
