Job summary

Just Construction Recruitment seeks an experienced Preconstruction Manager for our Houston-based client, a respected commercial general contractor. You will guide opportunities from inception to contract, delivering comprehensive estimates and coordinating with owners, architects, and subcontractors.

The role requires leadership in preconstruction for ground-up projects, strong communication, and proficiency with Bluebeam, Procore, OST, or similar tools.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience including preconstruction or estimating.
• Experience managing preconstruction for ground-up commercial projects.
• Proficiency with estimating and project management software such as Bluebeam, Procore, OST.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
