Rosendin in Sterling, VA is seeking a Pre-Construction Manager to lead major projects, develop new business opportunities, and build strong client relationships.

You’ll oversee project pricing, plan and organize pursuits, coordinate with owners, architects, and design consultants, and manage contract financials.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain thorough project details list describing the project trail.
• Plan and organize a project as a Pursuit Leader.
• Understand company philosophy, systems, policies, and performance standards.
• Maintain liaison with prime client and A/E to facilitate construction activities.
• Represent the company in project meetings.
• Supervise pricing quotations for presentation to the prime customer.
• Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect company interests.
• Assume additional responsibilities as directed by corporate executives.
