Rosendin Electric, Inc. seeks a Senior Director of Pre-Construction to lead estimating and pre-construction services across multiple subregions. You will guide Chief Estimators and Directors, driving growth, efficiency, and innovation while aligning with corporate policies.

You’ll oversee pricing, resource allocation, and stakeholder coordination, shaping strategic opportunities with prime clients and A/E teams for complex design/build projects.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment and methods.
• Excellent communication with owners, architects and design teams.
• Understanding of design-build, design-assist, IPD, Lean and LEED.
• Self-starter capable of independent work.
• Make decisions impacting profitability of the area.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities.
• Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement growth strategies, improve efficiency and drive performance.
• Oversee project execution with scheduling, resources and coordination.
• Understand company philosophy, systems, policies and standards.
• Maintain liaison with prime clients and A/E partners.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and represent the company.
• Supervise preparation of pricing quotations for prime customers.
• Manage contract financials to protect company interests.
• Provide leadership to multiple subregions for estimating and preconstruction.
• Maintain historical estimate database for metric analysis.
• Perform conceptual estimates for design/build projects.
• Take on additional responsibilities as directed by executives.
