Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Marketing and/or Communication or related field.
• 3–5 years of construction-related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical procedures and regulations.
• Strong writing and presentation skills.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel.
• Pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for estimating and planning support personnel.
• Monitor budgeting and buy-out processes for reliable estimates.
• Oversee sales and client development activities.
• Represent Abbott Construction in the community.
• Plan and implement training for estimators.
• Coordinate with executives and clients.
