Job summary

Requirements include a BS in Construction Management/Marketing/Communication, 3–5 years of construction experience, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three to five years construction-related experience.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and government regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
• Superior communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for estimating and planning support personnel.
• Monitor project budgeting and buy-out processes to ensure reliable information for estimates.
• Facilitate communication of cost history for better cost modeling and estimating.
• Monitor planning support processes for efficient use of resources.
• Interface with marketing to ensure consideration of information and brand recognition.
