Job summary

Liberty is seeking a hands-on Preconstruction Manager to steer opportunities from the RFP stage through buyout and into pre-construction. You will coordinate with corporate leaders, estimating, and operations to develop thorough proposals and ensure seamless handoffs to the project team.

The role requires a degree in construction or engineering, 3+ years in construction, and strong communication. You’ll manage timelines, set deliverables, and maintain client relationships to drive winning bids

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Construction.
• Experience across preconstruction, estimating and operations preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project pursuit and pre-construction deliverables with stakeholders.
• Review project documentation for quality and constructability.
• Identify required deliverables and assign tasks to teams.
• Manage pursuit timeline and deadlines for on-time proposals.
• Coordinate with marketing to develop proposal documents.
• Maintain client relationships during pursuit to aid success.
• Evaluate risk factors with management and adjust plans.
• Review cost models during pre-construction and bidding.
• Consult with operations, scheduling, estimating, and procurement.
