The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5–8 years of experience in preconstruction. The role involves leading efforts across phases and ensuring alignment between design and budget.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship.
• 5–8+ years of experience in construction estimating or preconstruction.
• Experience leading projects from concept through buyout.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction efforts across all phases.
• Develop and manage preconstruction schedules and deliverables.
• Oversee preparation of detailed cost estimates.
