Responsibilities

• Manage multiple estimates depending on size, complexity, and type.
• Evaluate Assistant Preconstruction Estimators performance and identify training needs.
• Represent Blum with Owner(s), Architects, Consultants, Vendors and Subcontractors in a courteous and professional way.
• Build effective working relationships with clients and the Blum project team members.
• Develop project budgets and ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
