Qualifications

• Prepare time, cost and labor estimates for construction projects by analyzing drawings and specifications.
• Solicit projects and obtain quotes from subcontractors and vendors.
• Analysis of subcontractor and vendor quotes to confirm scope.
• Development of preliminary construction schedules for estimating and preconstruction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preconstruction/estimating process for the Charlotte market.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and project team.
• Participate in and support interview processes for bids and awards.
• Prepare conceptual estimates and budgets for projects.
• Maintain estimating schedules and update cost databases for current rates.
