Habitat for Humanity-MidOhio is seeking a highly skilled Preconstruction & Land Development Manager to lead all preconstruction and land development activities from initial concept through predevelopment, bidding, and estimating for HFHMO. This role ensures alignment with mission to provide affordable housing and manages project budgets and funding utilization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Engineering, Urban Planning, Business Admin, or related field.
3 years of working experience or 8 years related experience.
Sound construction management, real estate, engineering, urban planning or business administration experience.

Responsibilities

Lead all preconstruction and land development activities from concept to bidding and estimating.
Oversee project delivery, budget creation, and funding utilization.
Coordinate home design, land development, and surveys with architects, engineers, and consultants.
Maintain strong relationships with staff, partner families, volunteers, funders, contractors, consultants, and public agencies.
Ensure grant readiness and adherence to timelines; manage contract documentation and handoffs.
