Job summary

Habitat for Humanity-MidOhio is seeking a Construction Programs Manager in Columbus, OH to oversee the Home Repair and Special Project programs. You will coordinate between Construction and Advancement staff for grant funding, supervise the Repair Project Manager and Field Superintendent, and ensure project milestones are met.

The role requires managing budgets, engaging with partners and volunteers, and maintaining Procore documentation while coordinating with city officials to deliver impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management with 3 years of field experience
• Experience supervising construction projects and coordinating multiple programs (Repair, Playhouse, Rock the Block)
• Ability to work with vendors, subcontractors, engineers, inspectors, and city officials
• Flexible schedule including some Saturdays and evenings as required

Responsibilities

• Lead the Home Repair Program and coordinate with staff and partners
• Oversee project managers, budgets, and grant requirements
• Coordinate special project scheduling and sponsor alignment
• Maintain Procore records and project documentation
