• Perform quantity takeoffs across multiple trades for bids.
• Review subcontractor proposals for scope inconsistencies.
• Organize and analyze estimates to help submit bids.
• Maintain cost data and support preconstruction strategy meetings.
• Communicate estimate progress and challenges to the preconstruction team.
