Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office; experience with estimating software preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Aid project lead estimator during the bid process.
• Prepare quantity takeoffs on projects and review plans.
• Obtain price estimates from subcontractors and vendors.
• Assist with budgets and bids with the preconstruction team.
• Organize and review subcontractor proposals for scope consistency.
• Maintain cost data base and support job turnover documentation.
