Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of manufacturing or construction experience; degree in engineering, supply chain management, or related field desired.
• Knowledge of manufacturing or construction material markets, competition, and industry trends.
• Interpersonal skills to engage and secure partnerships across contacts in manufacturing and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Apply purchasing, product, technical, and supply chain expertise to SourceBlue project teams and clients.
• Review market dynamics to evaluate vendor capacity, availability, and delivery demands; coordinate with vendors accordingly.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and strategic evaluations of vendors for product performance, ESG alignment, and supplier diversity.
