LeoForce is seeking a Director of Preconstruction in Indiana to lead preconstruction activities for large-scale commercial projects. The role emphasizes strategic planning, accurate budgeting, and proactive risk management within a family-first construction environment.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in preconstruction, deep knowledge of scheduling and estimating, and proficiency with Timberline, Bluebeam, and bid management tools. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in preconstruction management in the construction industry.
• Experience with project planning, estimating, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Proficient with digital construction tools including Timberline, Microsoft Office, bid management systems, online plan rooms, and Bluebeam.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for diverse teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues before impact.
• Proven track record of managing preconstruction activities for large-scale projects.
