LeoForce is seeking a Director of Preconstruction in Indiana to lead preconstruction activities for large-scale commercial projects. The role emphasizes strategic planning, accurate budgeting, and proactive risk management within a family-first construction environment.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in preconstruction, deep knowledge of scheduling and estimating, and proficiency with Timberline, Bluebeam, and bid management tools. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Preconstruction Manager position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• 1. A minimum of 10+ years of experience in preconstruction management in the construction industry.
• 2. Expertise in project planning, estimating, scheduling, and budgeting.
• 3. Proficient in a broad spectrum of digital construction tools. (Timberline, Microsoft Office, bid management systems, online plan rooms, and Bluebeam).
• 4. Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and practices.
• 5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with a diverse team of professionals.
• 6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact the project.
• 7. A proven track record of managing preconstruction activities for large-scale construction projects.
• 8. A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
