Qualifikationen

• Minimum of two years in construction administration, project coordination, or related role.
• Experience managing multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience supporting heavy civil construction projects, utility coordination, permitting, or consultant management preferred.

Aufgaben

• Support preconstruction activities from project award through turnover to Operations.
• Assist the Preconstruction Manager in coordinating project readiness activities, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Maintain project schedules, action item logs, and preconstruction tracking tools.
• Monitor project progress and identify outstanding items requiring follow-up.
• Coordinate and document preconstruction meetings, including minutes and action item tracking.
• Assist in preparing project turnover documentation and handoff materials.
• Coordinate utility-related activities with utility companies, municipalities, engineering consultants, and stakeholders.
• Track design reviews, comments, revisions, and outstanding issues.
• Communicate project updates and schedule impacts to team members.
• Maintain organized project documentation and tracking systems.
