Job summary

DCS Contracting, Inc. seeks a highly motivated Project Manager with a background in heavy civil construction to join our team in the Greater Phoenix Valley. The PM will provide leadership across multiple projects, establish objectives, and liaise with clients while mentoring on-site staff.

This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and client service skills. Our projects are located throughout the Greater Phoenix Valley with no out-of-town travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of construction related project management experience with a general contractor.
• Experience with Sage CRE 300, TimberScan or similar software preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction through project closeout.
• Develop and maintain client relationships for long-term success.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and liaise between client reps and field staff.
• Understand contract provisions and project documents.
• Create and manage project schedules; coordinate with internal team, clients, subs, vendors.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and OSHA standards.
• Oversee on-site project engineer and field staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
