Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
• Strong client service, communication and reading of construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building estimates by takingoffs during design.
• Manage bid list and contact information; coordinate bid packages.
• Distribute project documents to subcontractors and team members.
• Develop subcontractor scopes of work and solicit price studies.
• Review subcontractor proposals for contract compliance.
• Maintain drawing log and update construction documents with addendums.
• Help develop site-specific logistics plans; travel to meetings/sites as needed.
• Train junior team members in preconstruction processes.
• Attend meetings with clients/consultants and assist in assembling GMP.
