Qualifications

• 1) Reading and interpreting plans and drawings.
• 2) Writing reports and procedure manuals.
• 3) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent with direction and control of field forces (Moriarty employees and subs).
• Ensure project built per plan, schedule, and quality.
• Assist with safety training and compliance for subs.
• Coordinate subcontractor deliverables and monitor activities for contract compliance.
• Schedule manpower and material deliveries with subs.
• Attend staff and foreman meetings.
• Coach/mentor Field Engineers.
