Job summary

Baker Construction seeks a Preconstruction Coordinator to support the preconstruction process, researching market leads, completing prequalifications, developing marketing collateral, creating proposals, and assisting with estimating processes. You will serve as the CRM expert and help communicate safety and corporate updates.

The role requires collaboration across teams, preparation of presentations, and production of marketing materials to drive business development and project wins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing/ Communications, or 5 years of equivalent experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversees CRM database and regional CRM data input and reporting.
• Trains new CRM users and supports marketing collateral development.
• Produces proposals and coordinates marketing materials for business development.
