Job summary

Baker Concrete Construction, Inc. is seeking a PreConstruction Coordinator in Charlotte, NC. You will support the preconstruction process by researching market leads, developing marketing collateral, and producing proposals for business development, while serving as the CRM subject matter expert.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist estimators with bid packages, and coordinate regional prequalification activities. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing/ Communications or 5 years of equivalent experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversees CRM database and supports regional CRM data input and reporting.
• Trains new CRM users and assists with business planning, new markets, products, and services.
• Assists Estimators with filling out bid forms and proposal submissions.
• Produces creative and attractive proposals for business development.
• Creates and maintains marketing collateral and project profiles for preconstruction and BD needs.
