Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with Research & Preclinical Sciences leadership to support strategic and operational initiatives.
• Serve as a liaison with Procurement, Legal, Outsourced Contracting, Risk Management, Lab Operations, and Records Management.
• Drive end-to-end operational processes related to vendor engagement and contracting workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.
• Support change management activities for new processes, systems, or priorities.
• Track and manage deliverables, timelines, dependencies across stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Lab Operations for business continuity and process consistency.
• Ensure proper handling and compliance of departmental documentation with CROs and storage management.
