Vertex Pharmaceuticals Incorporated seeks an experienced Manager to drive Preclinical Research Strategy and Operations. You will partner with Procurement, Legal, Outsourced Contracting, Lab Operations, and Records Management to enhance processes and enable efficient execution of priorities.

The role requires strong organizational skills, agility, and experience in cross-functional change initiatives to improve workflow efficiency and collaboration across teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, operations, or related field.
• 5+ years in strategic or business operations.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams (Procurement, Legal, Lab Ops).
• Familiarity with Coupa, Icertis, Science Exchange.
• Strong communication and project coordination skills.
