Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree (MBA, PhD, or MD) preferred.
• 10+ years in strategy, project management in healthcare/biopharmaceuticals.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects with the DAE.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and meetings; attend select meetings on behalf of DAE.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reporting; monitor ROI to drive action.
• Create high-impact executive presentations.
• Lead after-action reviews and propose process improvements.
