Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overarching vision and strategy for Operational Excellence aligned with GCO objectives.
• Provide leadership across domains to ensure timely delivery of goals and inspection readiness.
• Oversee vendor relationships and risk mitigation for ancillary supplies and training services.
• Develop and track KPIs for compliance and operational efficiency; influence senior leadership.
• Mentor staff and manage resources across CQDO domains.
