Job summary

Green Life Science seeks a PhD-level scientist to bridge bench science with commercial client solutions in preclinical research. The role focuses on scientific partnerships with academia, biotech, and pharma, leveraging mouse model platforms and translational biology to support therapeutic development.

No prior business development experience is required, but strong communication and commercial curiosity are essential.

Qualifications

PhD in Immunology, Pharmacology, Cancer Biology, or another relevant biomedical field.
Hands-on experience working with in vivo mouse models in a research setting.
Strong scientific understanding of preclinical research and translational biology.
Desire to move into a client-facing/business development career path.

Responsibilities

Act as a scientific partner to academic and biotech clients, supporting discussions around preclinical study design and mouse model solutions.
Engage with researchers to understand scientific objectives and propose in vivo strategies.
Support business development activities through scientific presentations, client meetings, and conferences.
Collaborate with internal scientific teams to align client needs with capabilities and study approaches.
Build long-term relationships with clients across academia, biotech, and pharma.
Travel locally within Europe (~25%) for client meetings, conferences, and networking.
