• Ability to translate science into commercial value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing and market development initiatives in the US.
• Identify market opportunities, needs, and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with Business Development and scientific leadership to strengthen pipeline and engagement.
• Localize messaging and value propositions for US biotech/pharma clients.
• Lead demand generation across digital, events, webinars, and outreach.
• Drive customer engagement and improve lead quality and conversion.
• Create science-driven marketing materials and thought leadership content.
• Oversee digital channels, SEO, email marketing, and CRM analytics.
• Plan and participate in conferences and industry events.
• Mentor the US-based Marketing Manager and align with global teams.
