Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wirebonding and encapsulation of Silicon Detector Modules for the HGCAL detector project (75%).
• Quality control activities including component surveying and wirebond pull testing with data entry.
• Reporting results and work summaries at internal group meetings (5%).
