You will weld various metals, read blueprints, select appropriate welding methods, and ensure parts meet specifications. Strong craftsmanship and teamwork are essential for success in this hands-on manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of welding experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or construction environments.
• Welding certificate preferred.
• Able to read blueprints and interpret weld symbols.

Responsibilities

• Welds components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
• Lays out, positions, aligns, and secures parts using measuring tools.
• Examines workpieces and verifies conformance to specifications.
• Operates MIG, TIG, and arc welding systems as required.
• Promotes and maintains safety and quality standards.
