Job summary

JR Metal Works LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a Welder to join our team and help bring quality metal fabrication to life. You will weld and fabricate components to drawings, read blueprints, and maintain a safe, organized workspace.

This role requires MIG/TIG welding, attention to detail, ability to work with aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel, and the discipline to follow work instructions and production schedules with teammates.

Qualifications

Welding/fabrication experience preferred.
Ability to read blueprints and measurements.
Ability to operate hand tools and shop equipment.
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
Entry-level candidates with welding training encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Perform MIG/TIG welding and other welding processes as needed.
Weld and fabricate components from aluminum, stainless steel, and/or mild steel.
Read and follow basic blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
Set up welding equipment and select appropriate settings for the job.
Inspect work for accuracy, appearance, and quality.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Work with teammates to meet production schedules and quality expectations.
Identify issues and communicate concerns before they become larger problems.
Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.
