Qualifications

• Welding or fabrication experience preferred.
• Read and understand basic drawings and measurements.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG/TIG welding and other processes as needed.
• Weld and fabricate aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel components.
• Read blueprints and work instructions.
• Set up welding equipment and select appropriate settings for the job.
• Inspect work for accuracy, appearance, and quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Work with teammates to meet production schedules and quality expectations.
• Identify issues and communicate concerns before they become larger problems.
• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.
