JR Metal Works LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a Welder to join our team and help bring quality metal fabrication to life. You will weld and fabricate components to drawings, read blueprints, and maintain a safe, organized workspace.

This role requires MIG/TIG welding, attention to detail, ability to work with aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel, and the discipline to follow work instructions and production schedules with teammates.

Qualifications

  • Welding/fabrication experience preferred.
  • Ability to read blueprints and measurements.
  • Ability to operate hand tools and shop equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
  • Entry-level candidates with welding training encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

The Welder is responsible for welding and fabricating metal components according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards. This position works closely with the production team to produce accurate, high-quality parts while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Core Responsibilities
  • Perform MIG/TIG welding and other welding processes as needed
